The effectiveness of the miraculous black bamboo soap now literally make up legends. Most reviews on the Internet are exceptionally positive. Black soap perfectly cleanses the pores, the skin is cleansed, rashes and redness pass. However, this soap is not very cheap - from 150 rubles and above. Read on for a cosmetologist’s secrets on how to make black soap with your own hands. In its effectiveness, it will not be inferior to the store, but at the same time it will have a convenient creamy texture, thanks to which it will be possible to use this soap as a mask and as a means of washing.
This soap does not dry out the skin due to its beneficial and rich composition. To prepare it, we need:
• 50 grams of soap base. It can be purchased in stores that sell soap products, as well as in some pharmacies. The soap base must be put on a water bath to heat up.
• about 10 grams of shea butter. It will need to be added to the soap base, and also melt in a water bath. Shea butter is sold in pharmacies and cosmetics stores, it has an excellent effect on the skin, making it velvety, soft and radiant.
• 10 grams of mustard oil (about 1 tablespoon) - also add to our mixture. Mustard oil effectively fights skin imperfections, heals small wounds and reduces the effects of acne. It is inexpensive and can also be used as a useful salad dressing.

• 20 tablets of activated carbon - grind into powder and add to our composition, which is heated in a water bath. Coal acts as an excellent sorbent - it attracts all toxins, grease and impurities, making the skin cleaner and fresher.
• 10 grams (or one tablespoon) of glycerin - also add to our black soap. Glycerin is needed to moisturize the skin, and also so that after whipping our finished soap holds a beautiful creamy-airy form.
After a few minutes of continuous stirring, when all the ingredients are well connected, remove the soap from the water bath. So far, it does not much resemble soap - rather, it is an oil-soap black “slurry”. In order to press the desired creamy consistency to this mass, you need to beat it with a blender.

First you need to “dilute” our mixture a little, adding 3 tablespoons of boiled water, and 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.
With a blender (whisk attachment) you need to beat the mass until “peaks” appear, as is the case with egg whites.
In order to give the soap a light aroma, as well as enhance its antiseptic properties, add 5 drops of tea tree essential oil to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
After our black soap is ready, transfer it to a clean, dry jar, in which it will be stored.

You can put this soap on a shelf in the bathroom. In this case, the shelf life is 30 days.
Also, soap of such a creamy consistency is very convenient to store in the refrigerator, while it will last you much longer - up to two months.
And the cost of such soap made by yourself is only 70 rubles, which is at least two times cheaper than the purchased option.
Use it for washing in the morning and in the evening, and apply twice a week for 10-15 minutes as a cleansing mask. After 10 days, you will see that the skin has become much cleaner and radiant in appearance.

Make black soap

If you don’t have such soap, make it yourself. It is made using black mica. There is no need to add aromatic oil to it, since it requires very little.

Mixing mica with the base can cause difficulties - it does not dissolve well in the soap base and may stick together in lumps. To prevent this from happening, initially dilute it in glycerin or alcohol.

Note: 100 ml of base is required per tablespoon of black mica. If you need more black soap, increase the proportions accordingly.

With glycerin

  • Place 1 teaspoon of mica in a glass dish. Add from a few milliliters of glycerin to this and mix well.
  • Pour 100 g of molten transparent base and stir.
  • Place the mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds. Repeat as necessary.
  • Stir slowly and thoroughly until the mass acquires a dark, uniform structure. After that, she will be ready to pour it into molds.

With alcohol

The technique is the same, but instead of glycerin, you will use alcohol.

  • Mix 5-6 drops of alcohol with one tablespoon of mica. Please note: with alcohol, the resulting substance will be thinner than the version with glycerin.
  • Add 100 ml of molten base, mix and place in the microwave for 20 seconds. Repeat if necessary.

Black soap without additives

If you don’t have alcohol or glycerin at hand, do the following:

  • Melt 100 ml of a transparent base.
  • Add 1 spoon of black mica to it: it will float on top. This method is more time-consuming - you have to mix and shake the container many times to completely remove the lumps.

Pour the cooked black mass into any forms and wait about one hour. When the mass has completely hardened, pull it out and cut into small pieces in the form of watermelon seeds. Set aside the bones aside.

Melt the base

In this soap recipe, ingredients are taken based on 3 bars. If you plan to do more, adjust the number of components. Each piece weighs about 150-200 grams.

Cut 250 grams of transparent base into small cubes and place them in a glass bowl. Place the container in the microwave for several time periods of 30 seconds. After every 30 seconds, take out the container and mix. Do not overdo it and do not allow boiling, otherwise the substance will become rubber. If undissolved lumps remain in the container, stir slowly. The heat of the molten mass will dissolve them.

Add color and flavor

Pour 5-6 drops of the red-watermelon liquid dye into the melted base and mix slowly.

Using a pipette, add 5 drops of aromatic oil to the substance.

Stir slowly until fluid is homogeneous. Always mix the base slowly to avoid the formation of bubbles!

Fill the red layer

Place the silicone mold on a flat surface.

Pour a small amount of red fluid into each cavity and leave for a while.

Remember - the bottom of the mold will be the top of the finished product.

After about 5 minutes, sprinkle this layer and previously cut black “bones” with alcohol.

Place 2 to 3 pieces randomly in each cavity.

Repeat Step 4 using more seeds until you use the entire red base. Place approximately 5-7 seeds in each bar. After that, let the containers stand for about 15 minutes.

Add white color

While the first layer hardens, prepare the second. This will require approximately 100 grams of white base. Pour 1-2 drops of aromatic oil into the molten mass. You do not need to paint this layer!

Use a thermometer to monitor the temperature of the white mass - it should be about 130-140 °.

Make sure the red watermelon layer has already hardened enough. Spray it with plenty of alcohol, do not forget about the edges. This will help the layers stick together better. After all, there is nothing worse than an exfoliating soap that makes all your work in vain!

When the temperature of the white mass reaches the desired mark, pour it about 30-40 grams into each cavity. Spray again with alcohol to remove bubbles.

Leave containers for 10 to 15 minutes.

Fill green

While the white layer hardens, prepare green. To do this, add 5-6 drops of emerald green dye and 2-3 ml of aromatic oil to the molten base (150-200g).

Spray generously with a solid white layer of alcohol.

Control the temperature of the mass and, when it reaches 140 degrees, pour the green liquid in equal portions into the molds.

Spray with alcohol again to remove any bubbles.

Allow the mass to harden completely, leaving it for about 2-3 hours or overnight, if possible.
